Scalable MiniDAG.
Unlike traditional blockchains, MiniDAG does not discard blocks created in parallel, but rather obtains a PoW commitment from the "alternative blocks" and rewards them in the next block added to the chain.
The main difference between MiniDAG and GHOSTDAG is that GHOSTDAG requires downloading the full block data, even for alternative blocks. MiniDAG only requires downloading a small proof. This can greatly reduce chain size.
